Leadership

“I love working with our team that supports our residents because I get to see the impact our team has on the quality of life of our residents.”
Michael Kelly
LNHA
Administrator
With a passion to serve with over ten years in the Air Force, Mike started his career in the skilled nursing facility industry as a housekeeping supervisor, where he discovered his calling to work in long term care serving the community’s most vulnerable people. In 2012, Mike was given an opportunity to participate in an administrator-in-training program, where he excelled at learning the daily operations and quality metrics from the ground up. He became a licensed nursing home administrator in 2003 with a Degree in Aircraft Technology. He has served as the facility administrator for Wilson Pines Nursing & Rehab since 2013. His enthusiasm for long term care has led to a lifetime devotion to caring for and taking pride in the work and compassion all long-term care health care workers provide. Mike enjoys the outdoors and in his free time enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking.

“I strive to ensure each resident gets the best care and families feel supported along the way.”
Jordin “Blair” Hawley
RN
Director of Nursing
Jordin’s passion for nursing began early in life after being inspired by family members who were in the field and deeply connected to their work. Inspired, she obtained her Certified Nursing Associate license in high school at the early age of 17 and shortly after started working in a nursing home while attending college for her nursing degree. During her early years as a nurse, she discovered that connecting with patients and families was important to her and decided then and there that working in long-term care was a calling. After receiving her Associate Degree in Nursing, she took her first nursing position in a nursing home and worked her way to eventually become the Director of Nursing, where she leads a diverse and committed team of clinical professionals.

“I enjoy working with the elderly and supporting families with the onboarding process. Our residents and their family become a part of our family at Wilson Pines.”
Janet Watson
Admissions Director
Deeply connected to the Wilson Pines community, Janet has served as Admissions Director for over sixteen years. With deep payor experience and previous work experience working for North Carolina State Medicaid, she serves as the first point of contact for families and residents— and ensures the onboarding process is full of love and support while reducing the administrative burden (whether for a short-term stay or senior transition to long-term care).
